I have used several media conventions in my final magazine such as the route of the eye, where i have the tittle running along the top to catch the readers eye, then the coverlines on the right hand side and the terminal area running along the bottom. I also used principle of thirds to break down the magazine and show hotspots and primary opticle area. I also used asymetrical layout with my midshot image on the right and coverlines on the left this ordered my magazine. The mode of address i used was informal to attract my target audience of students so my language related to them.
I used some technologies such as publisher for my magazine, word for my analysing, internet for my research, camera for my image, photoshop and fireworks for my image editing.
i have developed writting skills when analysing using media terminology, i also learned how to use fireworks to edit my pictures.
For my main task i think i need to develop my time management skills and learn how to use photoshop.
